How to order

Thank you very much for your interest in the Silver-Skin® products in our on-line shop. The following instructions apply with regard to orders and order processing in parallel with the GTCs.

Orders:

Orders can exclusively be placed through our on-line shop. Select the desired item, place it in the shopping cart and click on “Order” in order to place an order in the on-line shop. In the shopping cart you have the possibility to change the quantity of the ordered items or delete items at any time. Simply follow the instructions to conclude the order process. The order is submitted to us with “Confirm order”.

Moreover, our GTCs, including the privacy statement, form the precondition for your purchase. Please read and accept these to conclude your purchase.

We will send you an e-mail regarding the delivery status of your order promptly.

Types of payment:

Currently, the following types of payment are available at Silver-Skin®:

  • Prepayment
  • Cash on delivery for orders within Germany
    Additional charge of €4.00 on the price of the package
    plus delivery charge of € 2.00 upon forwarding of the products to the transport service provider 
  • Invoice for orders within Germany possible from the third order
  • Payment via Paypal
  • Payment via DIRECTebanking

The prices specified at the time of the order are applicable. All prices comprise the valid statutory sales tax.

Shipping costs:

Please note that shipping costs are incurred for every order. If delivery is effected with partial deliveries, shipping costs have to be paid only once. We do not request a basic minimum order value.

Delivery:

In the case of prepayment, the products are shipped after the payment has been credited.

In the case of cash on delivery, the invoice total has to be paid to the parcel company in cash. 

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is effected to the delivery address specified by the customer. Information which we might provide on delivery periods is non-binding unless a delivery date is agreed on bindingly between you and our company as an exception. Usually, the delivery period from the time at which the order is placed amounts to between 3 and 5 business days.

All Silverskin® products which we display in the on-line shop are kept in stock and available at the time at which they are displayed on-line. As a result of this, we can ensure that an order can be carried out with a high degree of certainty. However, we can only give you exact information as to whether the product ordered can really be delivered during final processing of the order in the store since this might depend on the overall order volumes received.

Our shipping and logistics partners:

Silverskin® relies on its long-standing shipping partner DPD to make sure that your orders are shipped to you quickly and reliably.

The advantages for you are obvious:

Usually, you will get the delivery on the next business day – except on weekends.

Revocations & returns:

You may revoke the declaration of intention (order) within a period of two weeks in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without stating reasons. The dispatch of the revocation of the order is sufficient to comply with the cancellation period. Please note that we cannot accept carriage forward shipments for shipments with a value of the goods of up to EUR 40 unless the products delivered do not correspond to the products ordered. 

Because of the special composition of the products and the fact that these are products which might get into contact with very sensitive skin we ask for your understanding that products delivered correctly cannot be returned after they have been used (washed and/or worn) for reasons of hygiene. This is certainly also in your interest.

Should you receive a product bought from our on-line shop which gives cause for complaint in spite of our careful quality checks and the high requirements which we put to quality, we would like to ask you to contact our complaints service directly. Please write an e-mail to that end to us at info@silver-skin.eu by specifying the facts of the matter. This e-mail address is protected against spambots. You have to enable JavaScript in order ton be able to see it. After that, we will co-ordinate the further proceeding regarding the complaint and the return with you individually.

Apart from this, the statutory warranty provisions, of course, apply (see GTC). Defects on the products which are attributable to natural wear, improper use and/or a lack of care or incorrect care are exempt from the warranty.
